There’s the Christmas we all know – comforting, with nativity scenes, twinkling lights, and a fir tree. And then there’s the Christmas of Petra and Jure, far removed from any kind of warmth – emotional, spiritual, or meteorological.
The brother and sister live below zero, they’re used to it, but the icy temperatures of their tiny village and its few inhabitants are becoming a real problem. Is there a way out for people like them? Is there any future for a pair of young, scrappy mountain handymen?
Money. They need money. And the sudden disappearance of their dog Marlowe, accompanied by the promise of a “handsome reward,” seems more promising than the many daily schemes they usually rely on – some aboveboard, some less so…
